If you're booking it for someone else, they get the confirmation email too, and an email if you later change the date or time or cancel it. Never shown on the calendar.
The club calendar shows the room as "Reserved" for that time, with no title or organizer. It does not change who may attend.
What's scheduled in the Board Room
You can change or cancel any booking the RPM office made or approved (Megan, Jess, Toni). Residents' requests wait at the top of the page for one of you to answer. The Month view shows both rooms.
